How do I create an account?

To create an account on iYYU you need to download the iYYU app on Android or iOS. By following the steps in the app you create your account. With this account you will be able to scan the QR code that pops up after clicking on the 'Log on' button in iYYU.com in the browser. After scanning the QR code you will get access to the world of iYYU.

I already have an iYYU account, do I need to register again with the iYYU app?

No, you don't need to register again. To be able to log on to iYYU you need to download the app. After downloading the app you can set up the app with your current iYYU account details. You don’t need your current password. In the log on process you need to set a new account PIN. Forgot your details? No worries, fill in your desired email address and follow the steps in the app.

I didn't receive a validation code in my mailbox

The validation code to set up your account will be sent to your email. Check your spambox. Sometimes the email appears in your spambox. You can always resend the code via the app. A new code will be sent to you. It can take a few minutes to receive a new code. Still nothing? Please reach out to us via support@iyyu.com

How do I log on to iYYU with the app on desktop?

Logging on to iYYU is easy by scanning the QR code in the browser on your desktop. To be able to scan the QR code you need the iYYU app. You can log on to the app with your iYYU account details. No account yet? Sign up for an iYYU account via the app.

How do I log on to iYYU with the app on mobile browser?

Logging on to iYYU via mobile browser is easy. Download the iYYU app, log on to the app with your iYYU account details. Go back to the browser on your mobile and click on the 'log on' button. Logging on will be done automatically.

I forgot my account PIN

If you forgot your account PIN you can easily recover your account. Click on 'forgot PIN'. The app will take you to the sign up process which enables you to reset your account and create a new PIN by following the steps in the app.

The app doesn't work
